Important: there are a number of factors to consider when estimating returns over time.
PLS rewards
  • rewards are subject to the rate of issuance from the Pulsechain beacon chain
  • the beacon chain will decrease issuance as more PLS is staked
  • regarding the smoothing pool, please note that median (rather than mean) MEV/Priority fees were used to represent the common experience; there will be a very small number of validators that receive extremely high MEV/Priority fees. The median results are better for the smoothing pool because participants share in the few lucky block proposals.
$POOL rewards
  • rewards will decrease over time as more $POOL is staked
  • as more $POOL is staked, this will take it out of supply
